first day on the clay...

it was the first time cash stepped onto a baseball field, and he was wearing the cap of the team that runs in his blood. as long as i am from new jersey- and am still the one that dresses him- this boy will be a yanks fan. what do i do when he's 10 and tells me he wants to put a sox cap on his lid??... that's when i put him on the phone with his uncle brian.

my first professional haircut!

cash did a great job today getting his first "big boy" hair cut. my attempts at chasing him around with a safety scissor weren't cutting it anymore! such a handsome fella...

i got one up!

lil' ol' new england snow storm this past weekend... and cashy didn't want to come inside!

ugh-

anyone who knows about posting to blogger, knows that when you upload images this little ticker thingy goes round and round and then the picture pops up. so, when i go to post pictures, the little ticker thingy goes round half way and stops and the picture never pops up. i try it periodically and get nothing. so that is why this blog is lacking in new photos. if anyone has any suggestions, please pass them on. btw, this all started when we bought our mac?!

christmas!

first cashy drove us to new jersey! it took us 7 hours to get there... not because of holiday traffic, but because cash drives so slow!


then we got to open a few presents on christmas eve!

everyone always asks "who watches cash when you and kelly are at work?" and we nonchalantly say "marissa!" thinking everyone in our world knows who she is because she practically lives here! so we decided that she needed a post in the blog, to put a face to the name we mutter so often! cash just adores her... and so do we.

too cold?

even though it was 30 degrees here today- we had to get out for at least a little while... and cash didn't seem to mind the 4 layers of shirts i put on him! he was having a great time playing in the leaves and on the see saw with mom and dad.

baby it's cold outside...

it's getting cold here in new england. i'm starting to wonder what i am going to do when it's too cold to go outside... this day we were the only ones at the playground- i fear my tolerance for cold weather might not be cash's. however, he was having a great time and was thrilled that he got the whole place to himself. i signed cash up for a gym class too- he slept through his first class today- we might have to reschedule around his precious mid-morning nap!
